Accessing Subscriber Exclusives

Each month our subscription kit comes with some extra subscriber-exclusive content for you to download.  You can access these sorted by theme on the Past Themes page on our website.

Please note, you will only have access to the months that you have subscribed to. Peony’s Pocket is only available to current subscribers.

If you are having problems accessing a Subscriber Exclusive product, we've written a few things which may help

  • You can only access the kit downloads for the kits you have purchased. For example, if you subscribe while Planner Babe is your first kit you will not be able to access the kits prior (unless you purchase that kit in the Past Kit store).
  • You must be a current active subscriber to the subscription kit (not just the stickers), if your subscription has been cancelled you will no longer be able to access these products. Additionally if payment declined your access may be revoked until payment for your subscription clears.
  • Each kit will stay up for approximately 3 months. If the kit is not showing then the items are no longer available.
  • Once you have unsubscribed you will not be able to access any subscriber exclusives. This includes kits which you have previously subscribed to. If you want to have the downloads make sure you grab them before unsubscribing.
  • Due to the amount of planner sizes we are unable to offer them all but we do offer a wide range of the most popular sizes.
  • We will endeavour to have the downloads available between the 10th and the 17th of the month, during peak times this may be slightly delayed.
  • All items are subject to our Copyright and Angel Policies.

If you do have issues with your access please check the following:

  • Are you a current subscriber to our subscription box (not the sticker subscription)?
  • Are you logged in with the account you subscribed with?
  • Did you select a box that you subscribed to?

Please note that the system to grant access to our subscriber exclusives is an automated process and it doesn't always get things right. If all the above apply to you and you still don't have access please check the subscriber exclusive status on the My Account page and then use the help widget (pink question mark bubble) at the bottom right of our website to contact us and we will correct your account.
