Payment was unsuccessful or declined

We use an automatic system to process subscription orders and payments on our website.

First order payment unsuccessful

We have heard of some international customers having issues with their first payment. This is due to their bank putting a block on some international online orders. If you call your bank and let them know that a payment is coming through from Why Sail / Planners Anonymous / Australia and it will be an ongoing monthly charge they can remove the block for you.

Renewal unsuccessful

On the 1st of the month, all our subscriptions are charged. We ask that all customers check their emails around this time to check for a successful order / unsuccessful attempt. If you find that your payment has been unsuccessful please make sure your credit card details are correct in our system by using the Manage Subscription button the My Account page. We cannot update credit card information for you as we do not have access to these details.

Our website automatically tries again the following day, and then every second day until there has been 6 unsuccessful attempts or the payment is successful. If your payment has not been successful your subscription is put on hold and you will not receive the box for the month.
