Orders under AUD150
For all orders under AUD$50, you will be able to choose from tracked or untracked shipping. Both options use Australia post services, and depending on your location may take up to 14 days to arrive.
If you choose an untracked shipping option, be aware that there is also no insurance or ability to track parcels after they leave our facility. As such, if the order goes missing we are unable to offer any assistance.
If you choose a tracked shipping option, you will be issued a tracking number, which you can use to follow the progress of your parcel via the Australia Post tracking website. Should the package go missing, we will be able to launch an investigation after 21 business days.
