Sometimes, the final delivery of your package (from the local post office to your home) is handled by different couriers. This depends on various factors like delivery timeframes, costs, and logistical constraints. Back Catalogue Orders
We dispatch back catalogue orders on a daily basis, six days a week. Most orders ship within a few days, and the average shipping time is 8-13 days from dispatch. Some areas may experience quicker delivery times, but we recommend allowing more time for remote areas. If your order only contains in stock/back catalogue items and the tracking isn't issued within 72 hours, please contact us.
Subscription Kits
Our monthly subscription kits start shipping from approximately the 18th of each month. But the fun doesn't stop there! Around the same time your kit is shipped, we upload coordinating printables for you to enjoy. This way, you can start creating as your physical kit makes its way to you. Preorders
Preordering is an exciting way to be among the first to get your hands on our new designs. However, the nature of creating something new means that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur. While we always strive to factor in potential hiccups when estimating shipping dates, the timeframe from production to shipping can be fluid. Visit our updates and schedule page to see if there have been any changes that might affect the shipping of your order. We try to email everyone but sometimes we get caught in spam filters and technical glitches.

Shipments will not be split. Orders that contain a mixture of in-stock items with subscription products (including one off purchase) or pre-order products, your order will be held back and will not ship until all the items arrived. This way, you receive all your goodies at once!
