For those who are having an issue with our pens, one of our wonderful customers came up with a solution:
"Pull the entire nib out of the pen barrel. You will have to have a good grip and pull firmly. The ink cartridge will come out too. On the end of the ink cartridge is a little screw. Get a small Phillips head screwdriver and tighten the screw. (To the right I think from memory) Then push the whole assembly back into the pen barrel and the nib will twist to bring the pen out.
