Sometimes a kit just isn't your bag, and that's ok! We've set up our website so you can skip a kit when you need to but keep subscribing to future kits so you won't miss out on future goodies.
To skip a kit:
- Make sure you are logged into your account
- Click on the "My Account" button in the top right of our website
- Click on the yellow "Manage Subscription" button
- Click on Delivery Schedule in the left hand column
- Press the skip link to the month you wish to skip.
Make sure to keep in touch with our previews on Instagram and Facebook as you can unskip before the charge goes through. Once you have been charged for your kit it is no longer eligible for a skip.
Please note that by skipping a kit you are pausing your subscription and will not have access to subscriber benefits such as early access to sales and subscriber discounts.
