We really hope that you stay with us but if you need to cancel you can manage this through your account dashboard on our website. Please note that you will not be able to access any of the subscriber discounts or downloads once you have unsubscribed.
There is a 2 month minimum subscription so you will not be able to unsubscribe before this.
To cancel your subscription simply follow these steps:
- Log in using the link on the top right of the page.
- Click on the yellow "Manage Subscription" button
- Next to your subscription click the word "Cancel" - If you do not receive the option to cancel your subscription you are still within your two month minimum and will have to wait until after you have been charged for two kits.
- Select your reason for cancelling.
