Most of our digital downloads pretty chunky and include a lot of files.
To make them easier to send to you we package them up in a zip file which you will need to access from a computer (and not a phone or tablet)
Additional tips from our customers:
WINDOWS USERS: if when you try to extract the zip file you get an error saying the file path is too long, what you can do is right click on the zipped folder, rename it to something shorter and try again. That made it work for me.
