If you discover an item missing from our planner kits, we're here to help. For items outside the pre-packed kits, we'll resend the missing piece, possibly with your next subscription to save on shipping. For items within pre-packed kits, due to their unique packaging, we offer a proportional refund for the missing item as they're not available separately. Our goal is to ensure you have a complete and satisfying planner experience.
