You've placed your subscription order and are now anxiously stalking email for the shipping notice because you are ready to start enjoying your new goodies, when can you expect it to come? Here is a little information on the process that should help demystify things around when you should expect to get your shipping notification.
Our subscriptions are a pre-order that move through a few different stages before you get your shipping notification.
Subscription Window:
- Our subscription window opens on the 27th of each month and remains open for a 4-week period. This is the time frame during which new subscribers can join the current subscription cycle. This is also the timeframe you can make changes to your subscription if you have not been charged yet.
Production Window:
- After the subscription window closes, we enter a production phase that lasts up to 4 weeks. During this time, we carefully prepare and produce your order to ensure it meets our high standards of quality.
Recharge Date:
- You will be automatically recharged on the same day as your initial order. This ensures a seamless renewal process and guarantees your subscription continuity so you don't miss out on future goodies.
Depending on the day you initially purchase, there can be approximately 8 weeks between your purchase and the shipping of your order. This duration includes both the subscription window and the production window. After the production phase, your order will be promptly shipped to your designated address. The shipping time may vary, so please allow for additional transit time based on your location.
New subscribers, don't worry! The initial subscription is always the hardest but once things start rolling you should receive a new set of goodies monthly.
